Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential shipping delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat rate shipping (excluding hardgoods): We offer $35 flat rate Standard Shipping throughout Canada for orders under $500. We offer Expedited Shipping throughout Canada for a flat rate of $45. Orders will ship Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator.

Free general shipping for orders over $500. 

Flat rate hardgoods shipping: We offer flat rate standard and expedited shipping on hardgoods (i.e., skis, poles, boots and other footwear, ski bags, helmets, snowshoes and other hardgoods and hardgood accessories.) throughout Canada based on the table below. Orders will ship Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar or Loomis.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Hardwood Ski and Bike. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9 am to 5 pm on Weekdays (Monday to Friday), and 8:30 am to 5pm on Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as well as Holidays. Please have your order confirmation email on your phone or printed when you come. 

International Shipping

We do not offer shipping outside of Canada at this time.
